Verified BuyerGuardman and Haverty disrespectful towards customer
My interaction with Haverty and Guardman insurance has been profoundly disappointing. Firstly, the services were not provided in a timely manner, and to exacerbate the situation, the desired product is still unavailable.
Despite raising a ticket back in October, there has been no resolution to address these issues.
Attempting to reach Guardman's claim customer care has proven futile, as calls to the provided number, 800285****, go unanswered. This lack of responsiveness adds another layer of frustration to an already unsatisfactory experience.
Moreover, the product's quality is subpar despite a considerable expenditure of over $4000 for my comfort. The customer care service has been notably unhelpful and, regrettably, rude towards customers.
The prolonged lack of a suitable sofa has resulted in backaches, further emphasizing the impact of this ordeal on my daily life. Despite the inconveniences faced, neither company seems willing to offer a resolution.
Requests for store credit or an alternative replacement have been met with resistance.
In summary, the combined issues with service delays, product unavailability, unresponsive customer care, and subpar product quality have resulted in a highly unsatisfactory experience. The prolonged ordeal and lack of resolution continue to be a source of frustration and inconvenience.

Horrible Experience
Spent $40,000 on furniture and was called and emailed at the end of July and told all our furniture would be delivered on August 2nd. Its now October 1st and we are still waiting.
Some things have been delivered, some have been broken, and others are still TBD. I have had a table with no chairs for almost 2 months. Some things were supposed to be delivered last night according to multiple emails and phone calls and yet we still wait. This has been a nightmare and a complete waste of time.
Customer service has been horrendous. We have been told lies during this whole process. Nothing that was promised has ever come to fruition. This is a joke and I can now completely understand the poor reviews you have.
I know $40,000 does not seem like a lot to many people but it sure as *** is to me. I want answers! I want my furniture that I paid for in May and June. I want the damn interest on my cash purchase.
I want solutions and no more empty promises. I want serviceable customer service.
I want to deal with someone that has the power to make things happen. We have been speaking to the manager, Jeff Stanliff, and he has no answers for us or no solutions, just empty promises!

Two Recent Purchases
Bought 2 tempur-pedic queen size beds with adjustable frames. I purchased the one in VA first however because of supply issues I ended up canceling that one because I was leaving for Florida for the winter and they could not deliver it before I was leaving, and I had ordered it well before my planned trip to FL.
I ordered the one for Florida and it was delivered on time on the day I requested. Spent the winter in Florida and three weeks befor my planned return to VA I ordered the bed again and it was delivered the day I requested. However I had explained that it would need to be connected to a new headboard and the delivery people showed up unprepared to do that. They put in a service ticket because I needed parts for the connection but they failed to inform service that I needed the headboard drilled so it could be attached.
Then the parts were delivered but again no tools to connect the bed to the headboard, and oh by the way they charged me $50 for those parts. So another service ticket was out in and again I waited around only to find out that they had sent the service people to my Florida address. Now Im pissed because I waited around once again to get nothing. Another service ticket has been put it for the service people to come to my VA address to hopefully get it right.
I have to wait another week for it and will once again have to wait around for them to show up. If they do not get it right this next time I will return the bed and buy it elsewhere.
