If Havertys pay policies came into the 21st Century, you could tolerate working there. However, pay policy remains in the 19th Century when the Company was founded. Oh, there is a written policy governing commission payment, but if you do not sign it, you get no pay....

Havertys Furniture - Disappointed, frustrated & disgusted!
...to sum up my experience. Their associates are the equivalent of the "fast food industry of furniture sales". The products they sell are over-priced and what you select of showroom models is not what you will get in 2018. 2 mattress models were dated 2016 & 2017. In my opinion, the 2018 quality & actual bedding received are not likely equal. Review their Return Policy before buying anything! How can anyone see the manufac-ture date on this new (?) mattress?
