We bought a leather couch at Havertys two years ago. We just noticed some of the color is peeling off on the edge of the foot rest, and wearing off on the head rest.

When we went to Havertys to tell them about it, the sales person was very nice and told us that someone would come to our home and fix it. Two days later, we got a call from customer service who told us that it was no longer under warranty and they wouldn't do anything. When my husband asked if they could recommend someone to fix the problem, he was told that we would have to figure that out for ourselves as they were in another state.

We are very disappointed with the quality of the couch as well as the customer service. They have lost us as customers.

Most of Havertys leather sectionals with recliners are made in China. Low quality leathers and poor workmanship. Havertys forgot what good customer service is and have list my business a long time ago.
