Havertys Furniture - Lack of customer service
I needed a bed and lift chair for my father moving into a senior apartment. They informed me they only delivered to the town 2 times per month but said they would try to get an exception.
No only was the sales person off the next day when they said they would try to get it delivered they then had several excuses including the new manager runs everything by the book. What book? The customer service book is do all you can to help customers???
Now I am having trouble getting my credit for canceling my purchase. What do I do now and who do I contact to report this bad business practice?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2600.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
