I purchased a computer desk from this place and the salesman was the only good thing about this company. Upon delivery the delivery guys acted like they were in a big hurry to get in and get out as fast as possible.

2 pieces to the desk and they weren't lining up. I kept telling them no that's not it. Then one guy just backed away and did absolutely nothing to help the other guy under the desk. I, a100% disabled vet, had to assist the guy under the desk for like 10 minutes till we finally got it aligned.

Then the next day I noticed 3 gouges in the large keyboard drawer in the flap that comes down. With as much as I paid for the piece I called their customer service department immediately. Oh, and the drawer for the hanging files had 2 different sized pieces?? She told me that it was going to be almost 2 1/2 weeks before parts could come in.

Finally the day arrives the guy gets there has the right parts for the hanging file drawer but then just wanted to fix using putty the keyboard drawer. I said oh no, with as much as I paid you are going to replace the drawer, he said I didn't know that! I said then what the *** took so long for you to come out??? So I called the store immediately and told them my frustrations.

The next day I get a call from the General Manager in Tampa saying he will personally take care of the problem and will call me and deliver the replacement the very next day. Well it has been 3 days since he called and promised an empty lie! I have received no call or replacement at all. Called the store today told them to come get their freaking desk!

Do not use this company. Nothing but a bunch of empty lies. Very poor customer service, do not deliver what they say.

Please stay away from this company they are a piece of *** company! Do not use them!!!!

Reason of review: You should be able to click more than one!!! Their are several issues!!!.

Monetary Loss: $1500.
