bought a mattress set about 2yrs ago and its awful it sags on one side where you actually can roll off the bed..called them and they say theres nothing wrong...even when the tech said to jump on one side of it to make it worse so they will...so if i do that they still wont do anything about it and i wind up with a worse mattress....thanks havertys...all i asked if i can change it to one that actually wont do that even if i pay more and they get more money..but no the customer service that i talked to is rude and like none of there stuff is defective or bad...

Monetary Loss: $1000.
