Absolutely terrible customer service and no follow-up. I ordered 3 nice pieces of fruniture 2 months ago and it was supposed to be delivered today.

Not one phone call or email from Haverty's. I called customer service and they asked me if I knew what I was told the hold-up was! I dunno, you tell me! After waiting 20 minutes to talk to a supervisor I found out not only was my furniture not being delivered, pieces of it were on a cargo ship and it could be weeks or months before they would show up.

Never again.

I wouldn't deal with that company on any level at any time. Terrible, lazy, incompetent customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2200.
