I ordered and bedroom set from this store and never received an nightstand. I reached out to the top drawer customer service same day of delivery ( January 21, 2016). I bought the Maddox sofa just over a year ago, not even finished paying for it and the faux leather parts have cracked open, the frame creaks, even some of the leather is worn away. Very poor quality furniture for $1700. Add comment

I spent over $6k on a tempurpedic mattress that they told me was guaranteed. The mattress is within the 90 day guarentee and is sinking in so badly I can barely get out of bed and they won't honor the guarentee!! I have spent hours in the store and on the phone with customer service with no resolution. This company is HORRIBLE!!!!! Add comment

I ppurchased a leather sectional set from Havartys Furniture in Jacksonville Florida just a bout 2 years ago. I purchased the extended warranty for $250.00.This supposedly covered all issues. Your tv commercials "Stink". Makes me sick to watch them. They are obnoxious! Take them off the air or get a new marketing director to make better ones. You may think that female n man r funny but they are sickening. Turn channel or put on mute every time it comes on. Never have liked their commercials. I purchased about $1500 worth of furniture from the Ft. Myers store and a salesman named Mike Remenick. Included in the purchase was a rug that I sent the salesman a photo of. I have been accused about possibly mishandling/taking the lamp (your Christmas gift), and not knowing my product (chair). I have told numerous people I NEVER SAW THE LAMP. I purchases two sets of furniture totaling about $7k from them. We asked multiple people employed by Haverty's if the tables would hold up/be durable as we have two small children (both of which were with us both times).
