Start to finish a nightmare. Waited 2 mos for delivery. Upon arrival only bed delivered because the delivery men said the rest wasn't there. The bed was horrible. The finish was total ***. Havertys Furniture - Will Havertys customer have to go to court?

Service tech agrees with customer that table is damaged and also is Manchester loveseat and lamp. The only reason Havertys accepted returning the lamp is because the victim called Pacific Coast Lighting and sent photos and it was agreed that the lamp never should have been delivered. worst experience ever with delivery. Delivery personnel scratch my furniture, customer service send repairman who doesn't have appropriate tools to fix, call customer service again and tells me even if they fix it they wouldn't guarantee the repair. We purchased the laramie sectional from Haverty's on 1/20/15. We had 2 pieces replaced because the back was broke, makes noises, and arms were about to fall off. Then one of the replacements had a broken mechanism after 3 months. The backs don't stay fluffy and it stays indented but the service tech said this is normal. We purchased what we thought was a high quality leather sectional $4000! After receiving the couch we discovered that the leather stain was actually a "water based" spray stain! It rubs off!!! I bought a set of living room furniture In matter of days the cushions start collapsing and feathers coming out of them.they changed them to a better quality but it was even worse now as soon as I sit down the feathers poke me like needles and they are all over my living room!it was a bad investment. Horrible customer services and bad quality product. It looked great for 5 month. After that the dark stain and finish of our dining table it started to fade and in some areas to peel off - and Harverty claims is normal wear. Add comment
