I purchased a sectional. I had someone come out and take a look at the springs because they didn't look right. Indeed - it was not put together right. My husband and I ordered two of the hemp colored Parker chairs and a sofa from havertys totally more than $2500. The first delivery the legs of the sofa were forgotten and 1 of the two chairs had a gap in the fabric in the left corner on the back of the chair. To Whom it may concern at Haverty's furniture, The sofa wasn't covered completely they put it together in our home and left, we enjoyed our sofa for a few months and decided to move pieces around and realized that it was not covered in four(4) places. I have had the worst experience with Haverty. I recently bought a house and turned to Haverty to outfit my guest bedroom. This was probably the worst decision that I have made. My retired husband and I purchased a $4500 leather sofa and chair. After 4 years in the home (never has been moved) I discovered the wooden under support of the chair was snapped in half and the support of the sofa was badly warped. We have been lied to. We were told that our furniture was "All leather" But have recently discovered that it is apparently bicast leather. Basically leather with a coating that peels just like vinyl. We specifically asked the salesperson about just that, we did not want furniture that cracked or peeled. HAVERTY'S DELETED ALL MY COMMENTS FROM FACEBOOK AND BLOCKE ME AND ANYONE WHO HAD ANYTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY!!!!!!!
